Production time
Our production time is of 4 to 8 weeks. If you need your bed made by a specific date,
please let us know and we will try to assist you where possible.
Delivery/assembly
Once your order is complete, we will contact you to organise time and day for delivery/assembly.
We offer complimentary delivery and assembly depending on your location (Perth only).
If you are outside of our delivery radius we will let you know and a fee will be charged.
Payment
A deposit equivalent to half the price of your bed will be charged to place and confirm the order.
The balance is to be paid 24 hours before the bed is delivered.
Refunds and Cancellations
As our beds are made to order, they cannot be refunded once production has started.
If bed production hasn't started and you wish to cancel the order, we will provide a refund.
Warranty
Our products come with a 12 month warranty. We will provide repairs or
replacements for any faults in craftsmanship ONLY.
Warranty will not apply if the product has been damaged and not used in accordance
to our safety guidelines provided to you at the time of delivery.
Note: please be aware our products are made from a natural material,
so some variations in appearance can occur in different temperatures and environments,
where the product can shrink or expand.
