How do I place an order?
Simply Contact Us here, on our Instagram and Facebook pages, or if you prefer, you can also send us an email on jollywoodpeckers@hotmail.com
We will confirm if we can take your order, confirm price, and send you all information/details for payment.
Once you are happy to go ahead, we ask you to pay the 50% deposit and give us your contact details to confirm the order.
We'll contact you later to arrange delivery day/time.
What is your turn around time?
The turnaround time is approximately of 4 to 8 weeks from the moment we receive the deposit and the order gets confirmed.
What is the price of the beds?
The bed's price depends on size, style and customisation. Contact us to get a quote according to your preferred design.
Do I need to pay upfront? Do you offer payment plans?
You don't need to pay up front, we ask for a deposit of 50% to confirm the order and start working on the bed.
The balance needs to be paid 24 hours before delivery.
Do you deliver and assemble the beds?
Yes, we do!!! And the best part is that it's FREE of charge depending on your location.
Can I get a bed shipped to another city in Australia?
At the moment we are only delivering in Perth, we personally deliver and assemble each bed.
We are hoping we can start shipping beds interstate soon.
What Colours do you paint the beds?
The beds come in natural pine but if you want, we can paint the rails (ONLY) in white for an extra charge.
What bed styles do you offer?
We offer bed bases, canopy, house beds and teepee beds. We also offer custom made designs.
Sorry!!! we don't make bunk beds.
Can I customise the bed?
Sure, you can! You can customise the design by adding rails, painting them in white, changing measurements,
adding openings or gates.... the possibilities are endless!
Do you only make floor beds?
No, we also make beds off the floor. Just let us know when ordering that you want the bed off the floor and we will make it happen.
We can customise the bed height according to what you want.
Can the rails be removed?
Yes, we make all the rails removable so you can remove them at any point in time.
We just need you to let us know when placing your order which rails you want to be made removable.
Does the bed come with slats?
Absolutely!!! Air flow between the floor and the mattress is very important, so all of our beds (even the floor beds)
come with slats, and it is included in the price.
Do you sell mattresses?
We don’t sell them, but you can purchase any Australian standard size mattress.
What bed sizes do you offer?
We offer all sizes from cot to super king. The measurements we use are based on Australian standard bed sizes, but
if you have a mattress with different sizing, we can custom make your bed to fit it.
Do you allow extra space to tuck in the bedding?
Yes, we do, we allow a couple of extra centimetres all around the bed so you can comfortably tuck in all the bedding.
If you don't want us to make the bed with those extra centimetres, please let us know.
What is the weight limit?
All our beds have a capacity of 200kg
Can the bed be easily disassembled?
Yes, it is super easy to disassemble the bed. We will show you how to do it when we deliver it.
Can my kid swing from the canopy/roof of the bed?
Although our beds are sturdy, they are NOT a toy. Please do NOT allow your kid to swing from the bed
to avoid breaking it and having an accident.
At the edges safe for little hands?
We make sure each piece of wood gets properly sanded, so the bed can have smooth finishings and it's safe for your kid.
What type of wood do you use? Does it come varnished?
We use natural dressed pine that has been treated for heat stress.
We are now offering as a complimentary service, the option of adding a coat of clear varnish with a satin finish.
The product we use is a Cabot's Cabothane Clear Oil Based Varnish spray, which is a clear polyurethane used on furniture
to protect from grubbiness and help the wood resist stains and scratches.
For how long is the quote valid?
Our quotes are valid for a period of three months.
